Would it make your life easier if you could just know what the heck to actually eat and finally find some balance to eat the food you love?
If you could stop relying on tracking and numbers, but instead be able to rely on yourself for balance?
If you could create meals that are actually satisfying so you can stop the endless snacking that ultimately spirals you into feeling guilt & shame?
The world of nutrition & wellness is NOISY and with the internet & social media, there’s not shortage of nutrition information out there. But, how do you know what’s actually best for YOU?
With my personalized, high-touch, one-on-one support, you can stop feeling confused about conflicting information and start taking action on your goals. We work together to reframe your mindset to reject the diet mentality, to reject the “one size fits all approach” and to reject defining your health and your worth by the number on the scale alone.
I do not encourage strict calorie or weight tracking and instead encourage learning how to create balanced, satisfying meals and to understand what your body needs. You’ll feel confident to rely less on food tracking and counting every little thing you eat & drink so you have more freedom and flexibility in your life.

FAQ
+ Who is private nutrition coaching for?
One-on-one coaching provides the most individualized focus with ChefGirl Nutrition. I help women to cultivate positive thoughts and behaviors around eating. Oftentimes, before getting into the grocery stores & kitchen, there are underlying negative thoughts & rules about food to work through so you can see food & cooking as fun, not something that brings you stress, fear, or anxiety.
If you have any specific dietary restrictions related to an intolerance/allergy, autoimmune disease or other reason, 1:1 coaching is best because everything is personalized to you and I can better help you navigate any struggles around your specific dietary needs.
+ Who is private nutrition coaching not for?
My coaching packages are not for anyone looking for a "quick fix". Working 1:1 with a Dietitian means doing things differently - we work closely to create sustainable habits and that takes time. This program is also not for anyone who wants things just done for them (i.e. I won't just tell you what to eat and send you on your way). For example, I don't offer pre-made meal plans - we do everything together - if you'd like a meal plan for guidance, we create it together based on your specific food preferences & needs.
+ What can you expect in the initial nutrition consultation?
The initial consultation is 75 minutes. During this session, we dive deep into your history with food, eating habits, your social background & other lifestyle factors, and any pertinent medical history. We'll discuss your short-term and long-term goals related to your relationship with food and your wellbeing and map out strategies to achieve those goals.
+ What can you expect in the follow up sessions?
Follow-up sessions are in place to give us a set time devoted to your progress, setting new short-term goals as you crush your old ones, & understand where we go next. You have access to me via email in between these sessions for simple questions & to keep me posted on what's happening on your end. The follow-up sessions give us the chance to dive a bit deeper than we can via email.
+ How long is the 1:1 program?
Like I mentioned, this isn't a quick fix program. I work with most clients for a minimum of 3 months. Most clients stick around for the continued support & accountability to set new goals and tackle habit changes one at a time. When you try to do too much at once, it's unlikely to stick. So, the answer here will really depend on your specific goals.
+ Do we always meet in person?
Any nutrition counseling sessions, that is the initial & follow-ups, can be done virtually or in person (local in the Denver Metro and Boulder areas). Of course, grocery store tours, kitchen makeovers, & cooking lessons are best done in person, but there are always ways to improvise. If you do not live locally to me, we can discuss options for adding in these types of services to your package virtually.
+ What is the cost?
Pricing is going to vary based upon your selected package/level of service. All packages are self-pay. Rates start at $297/month. I offer payment plans so that payments never hold you back from taking action! We will discuss pricing during your free call.
