Let’s Cook Together!

Cooking classes are the flagship of The Nourished Table. Cooking is nutrition in action, and my goal is to simplify nutrition through cooking lessons so you can set a nourished table with confidence and less stress. Through these classes, you learn the concepts while taking real action you can do again and again… and have some fun, too!

TNT cooking demos and classes come in different shapes and sizes so you can find the best fit for the guidance you’re looking for. The main approach in our classes is to teach you about balance to support blood sugars for optimal health because this approach benefits just about anyone!

Folks who might benefit most from these classes are those with Pre-diabetes or Type 2 Diabetes, as well as women in different stages of life experiencing a shift in hormones.


Virtual Cooking Classes

Join from the comfort of your own home in these virtual experiences. You’ll end class with a fresh delicious, balanced meal to enjoy during your week! There is definitely something special about experiencing these classes in your own home kitchen – you’re using the tools and appliances you have accessible and that you’re comfortable with, choosing the ingredients you prefer to use and have access to… all of which makes it feel real and easier to replicate after the class. And, you don’t have to go anywhere… except to get your groceries to cook along!

In-Person Cooking Classes

Typically, these interactive, in-person classes are customized to you! These may be privately hosted in your home, or hosted for your group or the public at a local kitchen venue.

Live cooking classes are currently offered in the following regions (please inquire for specific locations):

  • Denver Metro Region

  • Boulder, CO and surrounding areas

  • Long Island, NY

  • Select areas of New York City

  • Palm Springs, CA and other select areas of southern CA

 

Private Cooking Lessons

No matter your level of experience or knowledge about cooking, comfort & joy in the kitchen is an essential piece of your relationship with food. When you learn basic cooking techniques & knife skills, every bit of cooking becomes simplified. I teach how to enhance the flavor of even the simplest foods & how to navigate cooking with different food preferences at home. You will actually want to go into the kitchen & feel empowered to create!

Private cooking lessons may be part of a coaching package or can be purchased on their own, or in bundles. We cook right in your kitchen with recipes that are tailored to you and what you want to learn from our time together, including nutrition, basic cooking techniques, and tips for ingredient selection.
